Man injured during armed robbery | News
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A man is injured during an armed robbery in Little Rock.
Police were patrolling the area around 315 N. Bowman Rd. when an officer hers two to three loud bangs. He was then flagged down by several people who talked about a shooting.
The officer talked to the victim who was bleeding from his face and head. Police took a Colt 38 revolver from him at the time. The victim says that he was inside his business, Urban Swagg, when three men walked in. One of the suspects asked for a pair of shoes, then pulled out a black semi-automatic pistol and pointed it at his face.
The victim pushed the weapon away and started to struggle, that's when the victim says the other two suspects started to hit him about the face and head, and tied up his hands and feet. The victim's girlfriend was also inside and she was tied up as well.
The victim says the suspects stole an unknown about of expired concert tickets and $200 from the girlfriend, then ran out of the business. The victim says he immediately followed after them firing six shots from his personal revolver.
Two witnesses say they saw the suspects flee and see one of the suspects fire back at the victim.
The victim and witnesses say they saw an orange and black Chevy Avalanche and a red Honda Accord in the area. One vehicle in the parking lot had a bullet hole.
