LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The Pizza Hut on Markham St. was robbed at gunpoint Saturday night.

Officers were called to the restaurant around 9:30 p.m. Saturday. Officers found the employees in the freezer unharmed. The shift manager told police a couple of employees had carried the trash out the back door earlier that night. A few minutes later, two men with a gun entered the building through the back and demanded money.

Witnesses say the suspects took the phones from the employees as well as a wallet, license and some cash. Police were told the suspects also took money that was secretly hidden in a box. The shift manager says this box is only known to employees. The suspects also took money out of one of the cash drawers. After this the suspects forced the employees into the freezer.

Police are still searching for suspects in this robbery. If you have any information you are asked to call police.
