AMHC announces funding up to $2,000 for health-related events
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. --The Arkansas Minority Health Commission recognizes that improving minority health in Arkansas and the nation requires collaboration across many organizations. The Commission’s intent is to cooperate with community-based organizations, schools, faith-based organizations and others to address the health problems that effect minorities in Arkansas.
To help develop new and innovative approaches to promote health and prevent disease in communities, the Commission is offering up to $2,000 per organization in sponsorship, cost-reimbursement funding in a competitive application process.
