Andina's heads for new River Market locale
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Andina's Cafe in the River Market is making a move.
Owner Nita Westbrook will be relocating her eatery a couple blocks south to a 2,200-square-foot piece of the Tuf-Nut Building at 423 E. Third St.
The new location, set inside the space formerly occupied by Candy Bouquet, could be open by Labor Day weekend. And there's more news: Andina's is adding some crucial new services and bringing back a former favorite, which you can more about here.
