Arkansas Haunting: Walters-Curran-Bell House

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – What is now known to us as the Little Rock Visitor Center was once a home to several lawyers, a chief justice, and even a Secretary of State. The house, built between 1842 and 1843, has a rich history and a number of haunting reports.

One of the most notable sightings in the house is of Mary Walters, who died giving birth. Several people have reported experiencing her presence, and according to Arkansas.com, the Arkansas Ghost Catchers were even able to get a recording of her voice saying, “Mary. That’s who I am.”

Others have reported cold spots, random noises, shadows, and sparkling lights where some of the items original to the home are stored.
